Occasionally flights need to be cancelled due to weather or equipment issues. While we try to complete every scheduled flight, our primary goal is to provide you a safe and enjoyable flight. If a flight needs to be cancelled, we will contact you as soon as possible and attempt to reschedule.

When you booked your flight, we asked for a phone number that would be used as a number we could text updates to you. We will send possible cancellation updates to that number.

Due to the nature of wind and weather, we will occasionally cancel a flight while we are gathered at the launch site the morning of the flight. That is extremely frustrating, because we have to cancel at the last minute.

Again, we don’t like to disappoint our guests, but SAFETY IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN!

If you have a discount coupon that is expiring on the date of the flight, we will extend the date for 30 days in order to reschedule your flight and not have you lose the value of your coupon.
